Updates on Narendra Modi’s visit to Ayodhya: About three weeks before the highly anticipated Pran Pratishtha (consecration ceremony) of Ram Lalla at the Ram temple on January 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the temple town of Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday, December 30, to inaugurate the Maharishi Valmiki international airport, the Ayodhya Dham railway station, and several other development projects worth ₹15,000 crore.

New Delhi: On December 30, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially open the Ayodhya Dham Junction Railway Station and launch six new Vande Bharat trains in along with two new Amrit Bharat trains.

An estimated Rs 240 crore has been invested on the renovation of Ayodhya Railway Station. The station, which has three levels as of right now, is equipped with a number of modern facilities, such as food plazas, cloak rooms, child care rooms, escalators, elevators, and waiting places.

According to a government statement, Amrit Bharat trains, the sleeper variant of Vande Bharat trains, have facilities like an improved luggage rack, a mobile charging station with a suitable mobile holder, LED lighting, security cameras, and a public information system, to mention a few.

Two Amrit Bharat Express routes will be launched by PM Modi: one will travel from Darbhanga to Ayodhya and Anand Vihar Terminal, while the other will travel from Malda Town to Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminus (Bengaluru).
